2. Data we process
Contact submissions: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, questionnaire answers, preferred channel and site language. Website analytics: page paths, approximate region, device/browser category, referrer domain, campaign tags, interaction events, scroll depth, performance and conversion events. We do not send message contents or contact-field values to analytics.

3. Purposes
Respond to requests, prepare commercial proposals, understand site usage, measure campaigns and conversions, improve performance and prevent abuse.

4. Analytics providers
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights in privacy-oriented mode. URLs are recorded without query strings. Google Analytics may be activated only after optional analytics consent when configured.

5. Retention
Data is retained only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law. Provider retention settings may apply.

6. Your choices and rights
You may decline optional analytics and request access, correction or deletion through the email above. Browser privacy controls may also limit tracking.
