No. We work internationally; English is the default for discovery and delivery. Portuguese is available when your buyers or ops are in PT/BR. Time zone and commercial setup are clarified on first contact.

Do you publish prices on the site?

No. We don’t list public pricing — packages and fees are agreed after we understand your market, motion, and constraints.

How fast do you respond?

The site should state an honest SLA (e.g. business hours) — and we keep it.

Is there AI in the home questionnaire?

No — it’s a fixed multiple-choice flow, predictable and accessible.

Can I choose Zoom or WhatsApp?

Yes — at the end of the flow you pick your preferred channel.
